Travelodge Hotel is (probably) the first hotel in the world using the shipping container as a material basically.
Because the build this hotel using the container is 25% more quickly than with the use of building materials in general. And if in case the need destroy, some materials (especially container itself) can be used again.
The hotel consists of 120 rooms, each room having a size of 5 x 3 m. Once the hotel is finished, they will also make the same hotel but number of rooms is 307 more rooms at Heathrow.
