Com (Cơm - boiled rice)
In Vietnam, Com is eaten at meal of the day (lunch and dinner). The rice is eaten with a variety of different dishes and is made from various types of rice. In general, the fragrant rice is used as Tam Thom (Tám Thơm) and Nang Huong (nàng Hương). A simple meal May composed of boiled rice and the following:
