Most Popular Beach in Thailand is Jomtien Beach
The Jomtien Beach is located about 2 km south of Pattaya. This beach and the area has become increasingly popular for swimming, water sports and activities because it has a long coast line and there are fewer boats moored in the region.
There are many good hotels, bungalows, guest houses and many restaurants. Many tourists come to this area and enjoy the scenery and the beach. Chairs are available to sit and have food and drink, or bathe. Water sports like wind surfing, water scooter, sailing, riding fast boat, even water-skiing are possible.
Along the road straight beach there are so many souvenir shops, restaurants, food stalls, and good sea food are available, especially near the end of the beach road.
Transport in Pattaya and Jomtien area is simple. The opening selection of cars are running all the time as a mini-bus or taxi.
