Husøy, Stunning Island

Some people are privileged to live in truly impressive for its beauty and tranquility that surrounds them, as the inhabitants of this island in Norway.

Husøy, also known as Island House, is really small, its 1000 meters long and 500 meters wide, and is connected to the big island of Senja by a pier 300 meters long and a small road.

It has been inhabited since 1950 and currently has about 200 residents, mostly fishermen. It is said that if you live in Husøy, should the daily dealings with His people. The houses are so close to each other that knowing your neighbors is unavoidable.

The best part is that the inhabitants of this small island need not walk more than five minutes to get to the local store, school or cafeteria by the sea.
